Train Incident - Ardglen

Just after 8pm yesterday Fire and Rescue NSW crews were called to a derailed train in Ardglen. Ardglen is about 1 hour south of Tamworth.
Crews arrived to find a locomotive on its side and the driver out with minor injuries.
A large diesel leak was identified and crews worked to form a dam and stop any further leakage.
Decanting of the fuel is expected to continue into the day today.
