Donkey Rescue - Mangrove Creek (Wisemans Ferry)

Specialist Fire and Rescue NSW crews from Gosford and Kariong were called to assist a donkey who had become stuck in the mud in a paddock near Gosford.
Crews used slings to secure the animal and after 40 minutes, they were able to remove it onto stable ground.
This was a successful outcome following a combine effort of the Volunteer Rescue Association and the Rural Fire Service.
