Horse Rescue - Kinchela
Published: 29 Mar 2021 10:11am
Just after 10 am, Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) and other emergency services were called to a property in Kinchela on the state's mid-north coast after a foal had become stuck inside a 5000L septic tank.
FRNSW worked alongside the NSW SES, NSW RFS and a local vet to put slings underneath the horse and lifting it out with a crane.
Thankfully the horse sustained only minor injuries during the ordeal.
