Multiple Townhouse fire - Claymore

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) has extinguished a fire that destroyed two townhouses at Allport Way, Claymore overnight.
Firefighters arrived to find two townhouses well alight with the fire spreading to a third property.
Crews quickly controlled the blaze and saved the third townhouse from major damage.
FRNSW remained on scene after the fire was extiguished to conduct salvage and overhaul.
All occupants self-evacuated with no injuries reported.
Superintendent Adam Dewberry from Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) said FRNSW is attending numerous house fires and that it was a timely reminder for residents to develop their fire escape plan.
"Now is the time for residents to check they have a working smoke alarm and that all members of the family have an awareness of calling Triple Zero (000) in an emergency," he said.
