  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm
  • After hours, weekends and public holidays.
    Leave a message. A media officer will assess your enquiry and respond as appropriate.

For general media enquiries during business hours

Business hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, the Fire and Rescue NSW Media Team will respond as soon as possible.

Bushfire and grass fire media enquiries

The NSW Rural Fire Service is the lead agency for incidents relating to bush and grass fires.
