Motor vehicle accident - Homebush

Fire and Rescue NSW crews from Lidcombe and Burwood Fire Stations rescued three people from a car after it reversed into a stormwater drain at Homebush yesterday afternoon.
At 5.40pm, the two crews attended the scene where the car had reversed through a mesh fence at the back of a carpark in Fraser Street and the rear of the car was hanging over the drain.
Two adults and a three-year-old child were rescued from the vehicle but all escaped injury.
The attending crews used a fire truck to winch out the vehicle.
