Multiple Shops Severely Damaged by Fire - Bowral

Just before 9 pm last night, Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) received multiple Triple Zero (000) calls about a shop on fire on Bong Bong Street, Bowral.
Firefighters arrived on scene to find a restaurant well alight. Additional resources were called, including an aerial pumper.
More than 20 firefighters worked for three hours to bring the fire under control and an additional five hours to completely extinguish the fire.
Up to 12 individual neighbouring shops were also damaged in the fire.
NSW Ambulance were in attendance however there were no reported injuries. The site was handed over to NSW Police and investigations are continuing into the cause of the fire.
