Rescue Incident - Emu Plains

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) safely removed a man who was trapped in rock crushing machinery at a quarry in Railway Street, Emu Plains this afternoon.

FRNSW rescuers were able to release the man who was trapped by the leg and move him on a stretcher using a ladder platform vehicle.

NSW Ambulance treated the man on scene and transported him to hospital.
