House Fire - Fairfield West

At 4:35am, Fire and Rescue NSW received numerous calls to Triple Zero (000) reporting a house fire on Thorney Road, Fairfield West.
Multiple Fire Stations from across Western Sydney arrived on scene to find a home fully involved with fire, with flames through the roof.
The intensity of the blaze compromised the structural integrity of the home and prevented firefighters from entering, requiring them to attack the fire from the outside.
More than 12 firefighters worked for an hour to control the blaze however the house was destroyed by fire.
NSW Ambulance were on scene though no injuries were reported, no occupants were home at the time of the incident.
NSW Police and FRNSW's Fire and Research Investigation Unit are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
