Car crash into creek - Terara

At approximately 7am, 12 September, Fire and Rescue NSW HAZMAT crews from Shellharbour Fire Station were called to assist NSWRFS at a car that had crashed into a creek on Millbank Road, Terara.
Upon arrival, specialist HAZMAT crews were tasked with rendering a minor oil spill using booms at both ends of the body of water.
Firefighters remained on scene until the car was removed from the creek and the area rendered safe.
