House fire - South Windsor

A number of Fire and Rescue NSW crews from across Western Sydney responded to a fully alight house fire in South Windsor just after 8:30am this morning.

Five trucks responded to the incident and crews were able to contain the fire within 30 minutes of the initial Triple Zero (000) call.

Initial reports suggest the property is a vacant house on acreage. No one was injured as a result of the fire.

Pleasingly, multiple Triple Zero calls were made to report this incident.

Calling Triple Zero (000) for a fire emergency can be the difference between life and death, or a building or other property being saved or destroyed.
