Serious motor vehicle accident at Cabramatta

Firefighters and rescue firefighters from Cabramatta, Liverpool and Bankstown were called to a serious motor vehicle accident on Cabramatta Road, Cabramatta this evening. A small car had collided with a power pole severely trapping three people in the vehicle. Ambulance officers were able to stabilise the trapped people while firefighters commenced the extrication and provided fire protection. Fire rescue crews worked for over an hour to free the three occupants from the crushed vehicle. All of the occupants were taken to hospital.
