Bullaburra house fire

Fire crews from Lawson, Wentworth Falls and Katoomba responded in the early hours of this morning to a house on fire in Hay Street at Bullaburra. Firefighters arrived to find the rear of the property engulfed in flames and quickly made sure all occupants were out of the house. Neighbouring properties were protected using fire hoses and crews wearing breathing apparatus battled for over an hour to extinguish the blaze. The house suffered extensive damage.
