Penrith house fire

Firefighters from Penrith, Regentville and Blacktown were called to a house fire in Vista Street at Penrith in the early hour of this morning. Fire crews arrived within seven minutes to find a fire in the top storey of a two level house. Firefighters confirmed that all the occupants had escaped the blaze and quickly contained the fire to the room in which it started. The fire was extinguished in 20 minutes with fire crews assisting with clean up to minimise further damage. There were no reports of any injuries.
