Unit Fire, Wetherill Park

At 7.35 am this morning, firefighters from Smithfield, Bonneyrigg Heights, Fairfield, Seven Hills and Liverpool were called to a unit fire above a pizzeria in Wetherill Park. Firefighters from Smithfield and Bonneyrigg Heights were first to arrive and found a fire in a second level residential unit. Firefighters quickly brought the fire under control and no further assistance was required. Fire damage was limited to the unit the fire started in.
