Building Fire, Plumpton

At 1.00 am this morning, Firefighters from St Marys, Dunheved and Mt Druitt were called to a building fire in Jersey Road, Plumpton. The first arriving crews were confronted with a building 30 metres x 10 metres fully involved in fire, with flames coming through the roof. Quick actions by Firefighters saved surrounding properties from the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the NSW Fire Brigades Fire Investigation Unit and Police.
