Mid-air collision, Revesby

On 5 May 2002 firefighters were called to a report of a mid-air collision and a plane that had crashed into a factory in Revesby. First arriving firefighters found an aircraft that had crashed into the rear yard of a factory.

Fire crews also responded to Bankstown Airport where a second aircraft damaged in the collision had made an emergency landing.

Crews from Bankstown, Chester Hill, Liverpool, Revesby as well as the incident control vehicle, hazmat unit, and fire investigation attended the incident.
