House fires in Condell Park, East Kurrajong, Granville, Bowral and Maitland

Fire crews throughout the State were busy with house fires today. Crews from Revesby, Riverwood, Chester Hill and Bankstown were called to a house fire in Market St Condell Park, extinguishing it with 1 hose line. At East Kurrajong Rd East Kurrajong crews from Windsor and Richmond assisted the RFS at a house fire that was well alight on arrival. In Cowper St Granville a fire in the roof space of a house was extinguished with 2 hose lines by crews in Breathing Apparatus from Silverwater, Parramatta and Guildford. In Bowral crews from Bowral and Mittagong were able to contain a house fire to the room of origin, whilst in Maitland 2 residents suffered smoke inhalation in a kitchen fire that was attended by East Maitland, Minmi and Tarro.
