Bus into creek in Sackville

Early this afternoon firefighters from Windsor were responded to assist the State Emergency Service to a bus in a creek in Sackville Rd, Sackville. Crews arrived to find a five tonne bus on a 45 degree angle down an embankment with the front section below the waterline and three persons still inside. More Fire Brigade resources were called from St Marys, Blacktown and Huntingwood to assist in this very difficult rescue. Ambulance officers stabilised the victims and all three victims were released by emergency workers. They were treated and transported to hospital with driver being transported by helicopter.
