Serious car accident at Green Point

Firefighters from Gosford and Saratoga, rescue firefighters from Gosford and the Duty Commander responded to a serious car accident on Avoca Drive, Green Point in the early hours of this morning. Crews were on scene in eight minutes and set up fire protection and lighting while paramedics treated an occupant of the car. Rescue firefighters extricated the person when they were stabilised and they were taken to hospital. Tragically another occupant of the vehicle was killed in the crash.
