House fire in Llandilo

This morning firefighters from Cranebrook, Penrith, Dunheved, Hazmat specialists from St Marys and the Duty Commander responded to a house on fire in Fourth Avenue, Llandilo. Fire crews arrived to find a single level house engulfed in flames and after quickly accounting for all of the occupants battled to contain and extinguish the blaze, assisted by RFS firefighters. The house suffered extensive damage and two people were taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation.
